Four Eleven Co. handled design, prop + model selection, shot list, and photography coordination.
We knew our website would have to be designed well before our spaces… so we set out to create images that communicate who we are, and who we’re going to be.
Not only were our [incredible, beautiful, powerful] models women, but only women were allowed on set this day.
In our experience, we achieve our best work when everyone involved isn’t worried about looking silly, sounding stupid, or appealing to the pesky male gaze.
We wanted to create images that would appeal to our predominantly female audience. Women are the ones who plan dates, book parties, see the value in photoshoots, and leave fire emojis on our social media posts.
Although we’re grateful for the men who do these things, too.
We didn’t want to over-complicate this shoot. We simply wanted to create images that you’d see on pinterest and save.
